Attended a full day class Saturday in Putney - just fantastic fun. We made the cupcakes in the morning and started to practice the icing technique before completing a dozen each to take home in the afternoon. I kept looking in the box on the way home and on Saturday night, not quite believing that I had made these myself! I even had to set to and make another batch when I got home just to keep practicing! Anyway, most of them were eaten when family came for tea on Sunday. Feeling quite proud of myself right now :-)
