I attended a Christmas Cake decorating class on Saturday run by The Little Venice Cake Company's founder Mitch Turner. You may have seen her on Kirstie's Home Made Christmas on Channel 4 this past week. Anyway my cake turned out quite well I think :-) Now I just have to be brave and cut it on Christmas Day!
The class was held at the Langham Hotel in central London and was followed by a Champagne Afternoon Tea - what other excuse did I need!
