Here are some photos of the cake sale I organised at my office last Friday in aid of the NSPCC (which is our chosen corporate charity). We took £600.00.
I made 300 cupcakes - Red Velvet and Chocolate. As well as Coffee Cake. The kitchen at work contributed Carrot Cake and Marble Cake whilst some other keen bakers brought in Brownies (of course), Banana Cake and even a Peach Cobbler.
We have a few ex-pat Americans in the office who made some nice comments on the cakes and appreciated the marking of their big weekend.
